Prices
All our prices are clearly displayed in New Zealand Dollars. Prices will display including GST of 12.5%. The charges for postage and packing
incur $6.00 shipping fee nationwide within New Zealand. FREE shipping for all orders of over $50.00. We do not ship internationally yet. All
prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right
to alter prices or shipping charges for any reason. If this should
happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior
to processing your order.
Payment
We accept VISA, Master Card. At this
stage we do not accept American Express or Diners Cards for payment.
Payment will be debited at the time of placing the order or within
3 working days of the order being received.
Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You may if you wish cancel your order within 7 working days after
the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange for any reason.
All products must be returned within 14 working days (at the buyers
cost), upon receipt of your goods we will confirm receipt and refund
details via email.
If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us
within the 7 working days. Due to the nature of our products, only
unopened products in its original packaging and condition may be returned
for a full refund or exchange only at the discretion of MZONE/Men Incorporated
Ltd.
We
offer an immediate product exchange or refund if the goods arrive faulty,
damaged or are different from those the consumer ordered, taking into
account the original method of payment.
The company will bear the
full cost of postage & packaging when
returning the goods via Standard Mail and the credit will be included
with your refund. We can not refund the postage and packaging if a
courier company is used. Please keep proof of postage and include a
copy with your returned goods. Any damaged or defective items will
be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage refunded.
Damaged
or defective goods must be returned to us before replacements can be
sent.
Credit card refunds would be to the same card used
for the original purchase. Allow at least 2 billing cycles for your
credit to appear on your card statement.
Wrap your return with the packaging
in which you received it and enclose the packing slip or printed label.

Delivery and Postage
Packaging and Postage is provided at a fee of $6.00 for all orders under $50 purchase. However we reserve the right
to alter prices or shipping charges for any reason. If this should
happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior
to processing your order.
Delivery Times and Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please allow 2-4
working days for delivery. Please allow extra time for rural deliver.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address when
placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address we are not obliged
to re-send the order at our expense.
While we provide expected delivery times and we do our best to deliver
by this time, these times are estimates only. We will not accept liability
for any delay caused or for any direct or consequential loss resulting from late delivery, or from goods being damaged or lost before delivery for whatever reason. By placing an order
on the website you agree that late delivery does not constitute a breach
of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel your order.
MZONE will not accept liability for loss or damage caused by items
being lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has occurred.
P.O. Box Delivery
Delivery to a Post Office Box will be sent via NZ Parcel Post only. We
will take all necessary steps to ensure delivery, please allow for
2-3 days delivery time for this service. If we receive an order
with only a Post Office Box number we will contact you to reconfirm
the delivery details provided to us.
Out of Stock Items
You will be notified by email of any stock items not currently available
and given the option to cancel the order or have the items delivered
when stock is available, the items will be sent separately from the main
order at no extra cost to you.
Security & Privacy
You can shop with Men Incorporated Limited safe in the knowledge that
your transactions are secure.
The payment gateway www.mzone.co.nz is
provided by Payment Express (DPS) employing the most modern 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) encryption technology to prevent any unauthorized persons gaining
access to credit card information entered on our website.
This allows
transmission of potentially sensitive information over the Internet
in an encrypted form, which is not readable by third parties.
We
promise to meet the conditions of The Privacy Act 1993.
We will never
send you any third-party marketing materials, or pass the details to
others.
Any information collected on this site will be kept strictly
confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!
We
want to provide you the best and easiest online shopping experience
possible. In order to do this we need to gather certain pieces of information
from you. We ask for your e-mail address and password when you register
on the site. You will not need to re-enter your name and address when
you return to the site at a later date. We use your email address to
confirm your order and to keep you informed of the progress of your
order. The only other occasion when Men Incorporated Limited will use
your e-mail address is, with your permission, to send you from time
to time further information on products and special offers.

Receipts, Bills and Settlement Errors
We always provide a receipt with the goods. We promise to correct
any errors in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.

We welcome all feedback on our service and would encourage you to e-mail
us at any time with any suggestions or complaints that you might have.
If you feel it necessary to make a complaint you can be assured that
we will address your complaint as a matter of priority. Only in this

We have done our utmost to ensure that we provide accurate information
about all our products. Men Incorporated Limited cannot guarantee the
product pictures and descriptions to be completely accurate and denies
all and any liability.

At mzone.co.nz we are not doctors, nor do we intend to have you assume
such.
Please consult a qualified physician if you have a serious skin condition,
or are not sure how best to look after your skin.
Our advice is only that. To be specific we are offering grooming advice
only, not skin care advice suitable for those with infections, legions,
acne, psoriasis, eczema, or any other condition.
